Marketing Coordinator – Francia
We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented professional with a strong strategic mindset, capable of developing impactful content that resonates with technical and B2B audiences. This role will lead the creation, adaptation, and oversight of marketing content for the French market, ensuring alignment with global strategy and strengthening Fracttal’s brand positioning.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
• Write and translate high-quality content for the website, Fracttal’s blog, email marketing campaigns, and other channels.
• Maintain brand tone and apply SEO best practices, following the editorial calendar and deadlines.
• Research new content opportunities, keywords, and emerging industry topics.
Editorial Coordination & Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and product marketing teams to translate, review, and adapt materials.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across all content pieces.
Media Relations & PR
• Manage relationships with media outlets and agencies.
• Create clear, compelling, and newsworthy press releases.
Social Media Management (Organic + Paid)
• Develop and execute the social media strategy for the French market.
• Produce content for organic channels and paid campaigns (ads).
• Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and metrics across social media, email marketing, and blog performance.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech (ideally within complex or industrial-focused sectors).
• Technical knowledge in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media community management.
• Intermediate proficiency in HubSpot for marketing and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Native-level French (mandatory).
• High-level Spanish for internal coordination.
• Plus: experience organizing events, trade shows, or other in-person activities.
