We are now expanding into the French market, and we are looking for a Sales Manager based in Paris to lead this growth.

The Purpose:
Lead the commercial expansion of Fracttal in France by developing the market, building strong client relationships, and guiding a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
As Sales Manager for France, you will be responsible for launching and scaling Fracttal’s presence in the region. You will lead commercial initiatives, develop the local strategy, and empower your team to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the French market.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
Plan monthly strategies with the Sales Leadership team to achieve revenue targets and OKRs.
Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen Fracttal’s market position.
Sales Leadership
Coordinate daily with sales teams to manage projects, opportunities, and pipeline development.
Mentor and coach sales team members to improve performance and closing rates.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback.
Foster a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and support.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
Oversee new business development and account expansion with existing clients.
Ensure sales protocols and CRM data are properly maintained and updated.
Monitor project scope, timelines, and commercial negotiations.
Identify obstacles in sales cycles and help the team remove blockers.
Collaboration & Operational Alignment
Work closely with Marketing, Administration, HR, and Leadership teams to align commercial initiatives.
Report sales performance and revenue results to the Commercial Director.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for billing and account activation processes.
Agile Sales Management
Facilitate sales team ceremonies aligned with agile/Scrum methodologies.
Run regular sprint reviews and team alignment sessions.
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
3+ years of experience in Sales Management or similar leadership roles
Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology companies
Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
Skills
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Strategic thinking and commercial vision
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage complex sales cycles
Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
Education
Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
Languages
Fluent French
Advanced English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in enterprise SaaS sales
Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
Certifications in commercial strategy or sales leadership
Experience managing international or regional teams
