The Purpose
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team in France.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and proven success managing and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts, particularly in complex sales environments where the solution has a strong impact on the client’s business.
You will be able to build trusted relationships with customers, always focused on their success. To do this, you will identify their business goals and operating model, and—based on a solid understanding of the Fracttal platform—recommend solutions that deliver real, high-impact results.
This role requires a proactive, autonomous, and accountable profile, motivated by working in a growing organization, who enjoys teamwork and contributes to improving the sales organization by sharing knowledge, best practices, and experience with colleagues.
Your Mission
Manage end-to-end commercial opportunities, both with new and existing accounts, from prospecting to closing, as well as ensuring a smooth handoff to the teams responsible for implementation and contract management.
Planning & Strategy
Define the business plan for your territory to achieve sales targets, aligned with the commercial leadership strategy.
Identify key accounts with the highest potential for success and design tailored account plans.
Business Development
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization (Maintenance, Operations, Production, IT, Finance, and Leadership).
Identify client or prospect goals and challenges and connect them with Fracttal’s value proposition.
Lead deep discovery processes, involving colleagues from other areas when necessary.
Deliver solution demonstrations, tailored to the client’s business context (buyer persona, industry, maturity level, etc.).
Closing Deals
Develop commercial proposals aligned with client needs and Fracttal’s growth ambitions.
Lead negotiation processes in complex environments (organizationally or in terms of timing).
Ensure strong deal closure and a seamless handoff to implementation teams and the departments responsible for contract processing and billing.
Customer Success Focus
Drive customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and ongoing account relationship.
Collaborate with teams such as Customer Success, contributing to customer activation, retention, and expansion.
What We’re Looking For
At least 4 years of experience selling SaaS software, ideally solutions such as ERP, CMMS, IoT, or similar environments related to industrial operations, facility management, or asset management.
At least 3 years of experience managing and growing mid-market or enterprise accounts, with measurable results (quota achievement, new logo acquisition, account growth).
Willingness to travel to stay close to customers.
An academic background in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business is valued; however, experience, judgment, and demonstrated capabilities will be the primary selection criteria.
Advanced English and advanced French are required.
Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
